GyftPro 2026 Monthly Giveaways - Official Rules

These are the Official Rules for the GyftPro 2026 Monthly Giveaways (the "Promotion").

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Promotion Name

GyftPro 2026 Monthly Giveaways (the "Promotion").

3. Promotion Overview and Schedule

GyftPro will conduct eleven (11) monthly giveaways during the 2026 calendar year, beginning in February and ending in December (each, a "Monthly Giveaway").

Each Monthly Giveaway has a distinct entry period and winner selection date, as outlined below. All times are local time unless otherwise stated.

Sponsor reserves the right to adjust winner selection dates due to technical issues, holidays, or force majeure events, provided that any such adjustment is made in compliance with applicable law.

4. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who:

• Are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry;
• Are legal residents of jurisdictions where the Promotion is permitted by law; and
• Have an active GyftPro app account in good standing during the applicable entry period and at the time of winner selection.

Accounts that are suspended, restricted, flagged for abuse, suspected of fraud, or otherwise not in good standing are not eligible.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of GyftPro Inc. are not eligible.

5. How to Enter

Eligible individuals may enter each Monthly Giveaway by maintaining an active GyftPro app account during the applicable entry period.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without using the GyftPro app, mail a handwritten entry including your full name and email address to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the applicable entry period for the Monthly Giveaway entered. All eligible mail-in entries will be treated the same as app-based entries.

6. Winner Selection; Odds

For each Monthly Giveaway, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor's interpretation of these Official Rules and all winner selection decisions are final and binding.

7. Prize

Each Monthly Giveaway winner will receive one (1) curated giveaway box with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $150-$200 USD.

Prize contents may vary by month based on availability. Prizes are awarded "AS IS," are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or any prize component with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their GyftPro account and/or via in-app notification.

To be confirmed as a winner, the selected individual must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

As a condition of receiving a prize, winners may be required to:

• Provide a valid shipping address;
• Verify age and identity by providing government-issued photo identification; and
• Complete eligibility, liability, publicity, and/or tax documentation as permitted or required by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to withhold shipment until all verification requirements are satisfied.

9. Shipping

Prizes will be shipped to the verified address provided by the winner. Shipping times are not guaranteed.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged shipments once transferred to the carrier. Returned or undeliverable prizes may be forfeited.

10. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of a prize.

11. Publicity and Image Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, username, likeness, photograph, image, city/state of residence, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

Sponsor may request that winners provide a photograph or image related to the prize for promotional use.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless GyftPro Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

Prizes are provided "AS IS." Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied.

13. Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, system errors, lost entries, or email delivery issues. Sponsor reserves the right to void entries or re-run a drawing if necessary to preserve the integrity of the Promotion.

14. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, or any other third-party platform.

15. Governing Law and Reference to Promotion Terms

Participation in this Promotion is subject to GyftPro's Promotions & Giveaways Terms and Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference and govern all disputes.
