Executive leadership

Markus Gold is the founder of GyftPro, based in Phoenix, Arizona. He started GyftPro after seeing how stressful and impersonal gifting had become, and set out to build a product that helps people give with more thought, context, and care.

At GyftPro, Markus leads the company vision, product direction, and go-to-market strategy. His focus is keeping the product grounded in the emotional side of gifting while building a practical platform for wishlists, Genie recommendations, reminders, and Co-Gyfting.

Amit Patel is COO at GyftPro, leading product and community strategy, user experience, and cross-functional execution across the company.

Tyshawn Despenza is Head of Engineering at GyftPro. He is a full-stack developer and technical leader with experience building web applications and digital solutions across modern product stacks.

At GyftPro, Tyshawn helps shape the systems behind Genie, wishlists, reminders, and Co-Gyfting with a focus on scalable architecture, thoughtful implementation, and technology that makes gifting feel easier, faster, and more personal.
